The Predecessor of Beijing Hospital ：A German Hospital built in 1905
In 1945, the Peking Municipal Health Bureau took over the German Hospital and renamed it Peking Hospital.
In 1949 after the founding of new China, the Peking Hospital was renamed Beijing Hospital.
In Feb. 1950, Chairman Mao Zedong personally inscribed the name of Beijing Hospital.
